I've Succumbed

So, I started a blog. I can't decide if this makes me cool or a really big nerd. I'm sure most of the people reading this would say the latter. Anyway, I can't promise that this will be all that scintillating or exciting, but I'll try and update every few days.

I just started rehearsals for a new show (I know! I'm such a glutton for punishment) called Diamond Dead. I'm only understudying, but I will get at least one performance. It's going to be a really good show, so I'll let everyone know when I go on. You can read lots more about it here:

The super short back story on it is that it's going to be a movie (that's been years in development) from the director of Night of the Living Dead and the composer of The Rocky Horror Show. Since the movie is still in the early stages, my theatre company (Landless Theatre Company for those not in the know) got the rights to do a stage show. It's already generated some international controversy because some super zealous Christians got their panties in a bundle because at one point Marilyn Monroe was being considered to play Jesus in the film version. This is no longer the case, but that doesn't stop people. There's a whole controversy section on the website.

Anyway, have a good weekend. It's the only one I'm in town for so I'm drinking it up. Good times!
